I am putting together the Energy Division for CroppMetcalfe Heating and A/C company. We are investigating software that we can use to submit to our customers. I have performed energy audits in the past through CMC energy and have done numerous home inspections through Palm Tech. I am interested in your software for our company. Nov 17, 2009 3:45 PM

We have been performing energy audits for the past 18 years and it has been an excellent area to include with inspections. We currently are training all energy auditors in Alaska to meet the BPI Building Analyst Certification as a minium requirement. We are adding online courses to prepare students for the written BPI building Analyst Test. We currently have a number of online Building Science Calculators available for public use www.WisdomAndAssociates.com We are looking forward to the new relase that will include BPI check list in the HomeGuage software. I perform home energy reports as trained through CMC Energy since 2006. I have not been successful in promoting this service. I have performed about 25 inspections. I am also an energy manager for a school district for past 5 years. By the way, this district is Energy Star rated for past 3 years and a Leader. First in NY State and 34 nation wide. I am trained from Energy Education Inc. and meet around the country about 4 times a year with about 500 very large schools and universities. We are trained to reduce energy cost and waste with habits, then with money to save money. This program uses software from Good Stewart. I am interested in participating in shared information with HomeGauge on energy inspections. I am impressed with HomeGauge to take this step in energy conservation. Some states will soon want home inspectors to include this service as we are in many homes. Will there be any training in New York State? I am interested. NYS has incentives for BPI training. Thank you. Jul 26, 2009 8:33 PM
