Georgia Home Inspection Regulations

Currently Home Inspectors are not required to be licensed or registered by the state at this time. HomeGauge encourages you to check the background of any home inspector thoroughly. While Georgia does not require a license an Act does require the home inspector to deliver a written document specifying: 1) the scope of the home inspection, 2) that the inspection is visual, and 3) the defects will be in a written report.
