Virginia Home Inspection Regulations
Virginia does not require the licensing of Home Inspectors in the state. It maintains a certification program for Home Inspectors through the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. Although certification is voluntary, any inspector who wishes to identify themselves as a "Certified Home Inspector" must complete the state program and requirements.|
