(+) Washington Home Inspection Regulations
The state of Washington requires that if a home inspector reports on wood destroying organisms (WDOs), damage by WDOs, or conducive conditions leading to the development of WDOs (i.e. water intrusion, missing caulking, loose tiles, leaking plumbing, improper drainage, etc.), they must be licensed by the Washington State Department of Agriculture as a Pest Inspector. To see if your home inspector is licensed as a Pest Inspector you can check the government site.
