Report Fill

Create a "Report Fill" that can be saved and quickly applied to any new report to allow you to enter common items fast.

Line Drawings

Included are many of the most commonly used line drawings that were created with the home buyer in mind, instead of being overly technical. Some of the drawings are without text, so that you can add your own comments.

Office Management

• New contact list with REPs and Buyers/Sellers that can be used in new reports
• More inspector only info like notes, referral source, driving directions...

FAQ: I'm a HomeGauge 3.x user, do I get the update?

Answer: The upgrade is a major update which means we are moving from 3.3 to 4.0. All minor upgrades from 3.0 to 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 were free to everyone. However, there is a cost to upgrade to a major version.

If you are a HomeGauge Services user, the upgrade is included in your service. While logged into HomeGauge.com, click on the "My License and Services" link to see if you have a V4 license. Some restrictions apply to prevent people from paying one month of $30 and then canceling. See the bottom of this page for details. For all others there will be a $275 upgrade fee.
