NACA has been in the forefront of fighting discriminatory and predatory lending for over 20 years. NACA provides the most affordable mortgage solution for both homebuyers and homeowners.
NACA is your best option, for any of the following:
- Homeowner - Make an unaffordable mortgage payment affordable

All loans through NACA require a home inspection AND the inspector has to use a special NACA/HomeGauge version. See here. Sign up with NACA to get on their list of home inspectors!
The issues I expierence with NACA is the NACA representing the client communications. Not me and the client. I get paid by the client at the inspection and no problems. Return trips to re-visit get return trip charge just to verify per NACA's request (also I get paid by the client). Works for me. Heartland Inspections & Environmental Testing. Apr 16, 2012 12:26 PM

I used to work for NACA for several years and what a major pain in the butt. They never answer phones at the office and the reports that you have to write are borderline rediculous. There are several re inspections that you will need to do for the client and quite honestly, they are extremely slow in paying you for work. I told them to never ever let me make the mistake of being a vendor for them ever again. Dec 15, 2011 3:58 PM
