By allowing your agents to see your schedule and book it now, stops the agent from searching for another inspector. This allows you an advantage over your competitors. In most cases the time the agent books will work for you, but when it doesn't you can call her and move the time. This technique will gain more business for you.

What if I am not busy but I don’t want the public to know that?

Can the buyers or agents see the details of other appointments?
No. My Business Scheduler will only show the client the times that you are available and not display any information about any of the other times you are not available or already booked. This keeps them from knowing whether you are doing another inspection or maybe just taking time off for some fishing or golf.

On the current business scheduler, there is a position for adding one agent and one buyer. On the final report, of course, you can add as many agents and customers as you'd like to have. You can edit the email so it doesn't include a line about the inspection agreement. That is optional. Jul 14, 2011 8:24 AM

Is there a place for the Listing Agent as well as the Buyer's Agent? Not seeing it. Also noticed that the notification email that is sent to the client guides them to their inspection agreement. But at that point, it isn't uploaded... Jul 13, 2011 6:42 PM

ok the schedule calender has changed - tnot working - you can not put in lead source and it save and you can not put in previous selected customer or realtor and have it save. Please send an e-mail when corrected. julie@allinonehomeinspection.com May 31, 2011 10:27 PM
