Force payment on inspections - never play bill collector again!
The Force Payment feature allows you to upload the report and select the "Payment" menu. Here you can enter the amount owed and force payment before viewing. Then send the email report link to your customer. The customer will arrive at the report, but the report will not open. It will say "There is an unpaid balance of (amount). Please click pay now to view your report." No one will be able to view until they pay. When they pay you, you will need to return and allow them to view. OR, if you use the credit card companies we have integrated with, then the customer can pay right then and see the report immediately (preferred).
This is not only convenient for your customer, but also for you. It will end all collections. This one feature could be worth the price of the HomeGauge Services alone.

One week ago, I had a force payment set up for a client. The client uploaded the report and made payment and it shows that the payment was made, however I have never received any notice that a payment was being proceed and no payment has been credited to my bank account.
