TIPS for your search listing:

• DO NOT USE ALL CAPITAL LETTERS WHEN TYPING — IT IMPLIES THAT YOU ARE YELLING AND LOOKS AMATEUR.
• Check your spelling. If you have typos in such a short description, it suggests that the inspection report will be poorly written.
• It is good to display your association, but that should not be your major attribute. Why should they use your company over any other?
• Are you new to the business and cannot talk about how many inspections you have performed? Then talk about your training, related experience and competence. What you are going to do for them, provide them or how are you going to make them feel if they choose your company?
• Are you an experienced home inspector? How are you different than the other experienced home inspector? What can you do for the buyer, provide for them, or include that the other inspector cannot, or at least is not promoting?
• Do you offer additional services that may interest the buyer?
• Do you offer a 90 day limited warranty with your inspection?
