Online Click Agreement

HomeGauge Services includes the benefit of an online click agreement. You can require your customer to "Click to Agree" to your inspection contract before allowing them to see the online report. Most licensed states require the contract to be signed before you perform the inspection. Now you can give the buyer or customer easy access to agree to your contract before you arrive at the inspection address. If you thought you were going to get a signature, but didn’t, you can now prevent viewing of the report before they agree to your contract. If they don’t agree, they don’t see the report. It’s that simple!

Use this feature when scheduling the appointment. Follow the steps below:

1. Enter the customer info in HG software
   (or if you use Quickbooks you can import it in from HG software)
2. Select the Upload button in the software
   This will take you to the print options window.
3. Select the Inspection Agreement setting
   Existing HG users will need to ADD the setting (watch the tour)
4. Select OK/Upload
   This will upload the agreement with buyers info populated and take you to your list of uploaded reports.
5. Click on the link Send Email For: and choose Agreement
   This will send the notification (you can edit the email letter then if desired).

OR, if you have the inspection report complete and for whatever reason the buyer did NOT sign your agreement yet:

1. In the software click the upload button
   This will take you to the print options window.
2. Select the Report Upload setting desired, AND Select the Inspection Agreement setting
   Existing HG users will need to ADD the setting (watch the tour)
3. Select OK/Upload
   This will upload the agreement with buyers info populated and take you to your list of uploaded reports.
4. Click on the " Add Force Agreement" link
   Here you can select the report and any other documents you uploaded to be prevented from viewing until the customer agrees to the agreement.
5. Click on Send Email For: and choose "Agreement "
   This will send the notification and upon accepting the customer can view the report and any other documents (you can edit the email letter if desired).
