*Software upgrade eligibility:
To be eligible for HomeGauge major version upgrades upon its release (i.e. from 3.x to 4.x), you must be in one of the following categories.
- Current full-year HG Services subscribers.
- Current monthly HG Services subscribers in good standing on the newsletter upgrade announcement date.
- Recent purchasers of the software who are in the 3-month trial period at the actual time of release.
- Recent customers who subscribe to HG Services at the end of their trial period.
- Current customers who are not in the categories above who subscribe for a full-year of our HG Services.
Recurring services set up after the announcement of a new version do not receive the upgrade unless they have been in the free trial period previous to their signup or purchase a full year of service.
**Note: If you upload your report using the PDF format, only the PDF file will be uploaded. This means that you will not be able to download that report in the future in a form that can be opened and edited directly in HomeGauge Software (uploading in the standard html format is required for that purpose). However, your PDF report will be backed up for 5 years and will be easily accessible at any time. Only the html format documents that include the main report will be downloadable to be opened and edited in the HomeGauge Software.
