How do I setup a public Seller's Inspection?

First, you will need to set the report as "Public". In your list of uploaded reports you will see several options of things you can do with each report. Below the address for the report you will see a line that reads "Public Report (Seller's Inspection): No Change" Click on the "Change" link for that report and change it to a public report. Once this is done and you come back to your reports page, you will see that line has changed to "Public Report (Seller's Inspection): Yes Change". When the report is set as "public", the report can be linked to directly without requiring a password for viewing.

How do I get the link to my agent or home seller?

Once the report is uploaded and set to "Public", go to your list of uploaded reports, right click on the "View Report" link for the sample report and select "Copy Shortcut" or "Copy Link" to get the link for the report. Then you can paste that link directly into an email message to the agent or seller (place your cursor where you want it to appear in the email and click on "Edit -> Paste"). The agent or seller can use that link however they like, in a listing, on printed advertising, or on their own website.

Another method of getting the link is to open the report on the website, highlight the address in the "address" or "location" bar of the web browser, then click on "Edit -> Copy". In your email, place your cursor where you want it to appear in the email and click on "Edit -> Paste".
