HomeGauge Announces it's New Platinum level of Service!
Website Builder, Included in Platinum, a Huge Success!
In just the first week, hundreds have already begun building their website. Many have already commented on how easy it is to use! If you haven't tried it out yet, go ahead and see for yourself.
To try it out:
Sign in with your username and password at www.homegauge.com (or sign up for Gold service if you haven't already done so, here ). Once you are signed in, on your left is a link called "My Website." Begin building your site and call us for help along the way if you have any questions. This site will not be viewable by the public until you are ready to switch over. When you are ready, call us and we will help you switch over with no set-up fee!
Gold versus Platinum service FAQ:
1. I am currently on Gold service. Do I have to upgrade to Platinum?
Answer: NO. These are two separate levels of service.
2. Whats the difference between Platinum and Gold?
Answer: Platinum includes all of the Gold service plan plus the website builder (your own website), web stats and 5 primary email addresses. Platinum users also get top search results listing over Gold and Bronze service levels. See the following link for a description of our service plans:

3. How much is Platinum?
Answer: $15 a month more than Gold service (Gold is $30 a month). This simply means a total of $45 a month for Platinum for anyone not already on Gold service. This will give the new user all of Gold's services plus Platinum. Current Gold users can upgrade to Platinum, and in addition to their $30 a month for Gold, they will get platinum service for $15 more per month or $45 total for all of Gold and Platinum services.
4. What do I do if I am paying someone else to host my website?
Answer: Stop! Let us host your website and you'll have more flexibility and control while saving money.
5. What if I am already paying HomeGauge to host a custom website?
Answer: Just upgrade to platinum for $5 more a month and you will be able to change the content on your website anytime you like! For instance, you are currently paying $30 a month for Gold plus $10 a month hosting fee. $5 more a month will bring you all the benefits of Platinum.
6. How long can I trial the website builder?
Answer: If you are using our Gold service, you can trial the website builder for as long as you want. Turn it on when you are ready! New purchasers of HomeGauge can try it out during their 3 month trial of Gold/Platinum and then decide which service they want.
7. My free trial of Gold service is over and I never had the time, or did not take advantage of the 3 month free trial offer, to try out Gold?
Answer: Sign in to HomeGauge.com and click “Update my info”. Turn your service level to platinum and get 30 days to try Gold or Platinum again.

Real Estate agents love the way they get the online report versus a PDF file. More people are using the Gold upload service than ever before! If you haven’t tried our upload feature and want to provide friendlier service to your agent and customer, instead of a PDF, then call us and we’ll walk you through it on the next report. Have a report completed, and have the emails for the customer and agent available before you call. Try it for a month and I know the agents will love it.
Three new enhancements have been added to the report uploads.
1) The inspector defined Report ID is now stored and displayed in the list of reports.
2) You can now search by the inspector defined Report ID
3) You can now search for reports by a date range.
