HomeGauge announces additional support services with a company called:

CoPilot
www.copilot.com

CoPilot is a secure service that connects the HG support person to your computer where you can see the help taking place on your screen. You can disconnect HG staff from your computer screen at anytime. It's a fast and easy way to get visual support from HG when you are stuck on a feature or are unfamiliar with computers. This service is optional and currently free to HG users, so the next time you are grounded, call us and ask us to be your copilot!

CoPilot sessions are currently free. DSL, Cable or other high speed internet is required for CoPilot sessions.
