Mold Templates Courtesy of David A. Gilbert (http://www.ocinspection.com)
who is a member of International Association
of Mold Management (http://www.moldassociation.org).
Mold Survey template
is for doing a full blown Mold Survey. (Updated Sept 30, 2003)
IAQ Screen template is limited
to just the primary living space. David recommends to limit liability pretty
heavily in the contract of this one. It is designed to say either "No, I do
not see any red flags/markers" or "Yes, I DO see red flags/markers AND
I suggest you have a complete mold investigation performed." The template is
designed for those that do not want to pay for a full investigation up front
if it isn't necessary. (Updated Sept 30, 2003)
(David is also looking for additional applicators for
anyone looking to add a pretty profitable additional service to their
offerings. http://www.decontaminate.net)
Multi Unit Apartment:
Barry Meyer (http://chinspections.com/)
from Charleston, SC uses this template for an apartment building that has
multiple units in one building. For the section that is labeled "Units" you
will want to use the duplicate section button for each unit that is in the
building.
NC Standards:
Follows the Standards and Practices of the NC Home Inspectors Licensing
Board.
Mike From NC: NC Home Inspector
Mike has added his own sections and questions
to this template. He is still working on the auto comments but thinks
that the order of sections and questions is easier for clients to understand.
Give it a look.
EIFS Use this for EIFS synthetic
stucco inspections. It is intended to work best with the use of a digital
camera. The auto comments make using the report a breeze.

HomeGauge Software Report Styles
Starting with HomeGauge 2.3 the colors and lots more of the printed report
can be customized by changing the cascading style sheet (CSS) used. Download the
ones below to change the look and feel of your report.
The 3 different formats that you can select when printing change the layout
of the items on the report. Styles are used to change the size of fonts
or the colors of fonts. No matter which report template you are using you can
print them in any of the different formats and apply a different style to that
format for different colors and font sizes. If you are a HTML/CSS
wizard and have created your own perfect one then send it to us to share
it with everyone.
Directions for installing one of these styles in the HomeGauge
software on your computer: Right click on the links below and
