Albie did all of our inspections for our new home (frame, pre-close, 11 month). After 33 years in the same house, the inspection process was new to us. Albie was very thorough, pointed out the most important items that needed to be fixed for each inspection. Albie was on time for all inspections and produced a detailed report for all 3 inspections within 24 hours if not the evening after the inspection. Albie has a great repore with our construction manager, so there really was no arguments from the builder about what needed to be fixed. I highly recommend Albie and his team for inspection of your new home. After you contact Albie, he gets back with you quickly, works around you schedule, and responds to texts quickly. Albie is very personable and as he said, he cares as if it is his mother's house.

Albert did a very thorough inspection once again. He inspected my new home in April when I before I purchased it. I had him come out again to do another inspection to make sure all of the original problems had been repaired. Because of this second inspection it has been brought to my attention that some of the repairs have not been done, although the builder said they were repaired.
