Prospective buyers are encouraged to be present at the inspection if
possible. Any problems encountered can then be viewed, described and
discussed on site. A discussion of positive aspects of the dwelling can also
be helpful in the decision making process.
The average inspection will take approximately 2 hours, it includes, a
thorough examination of all area and systems listed. The client will be
provided with a detailed report, describing the dwelling, with both positive
and negative findings discussed. A summary will help put these findings in
prospective. This can help with the negotiation process if any serious
deficiencies are discovered.
