Extremely thorough inspection and very knowledgeable in his field with 30 years experience. Additionally, he brought another co-worker to assist, so I was able to receive 2 pair of eyes for the price of one! Finally, he was able to give me a little guidance as to what issues to be concerned about, and others that were simply cosmetic and needed fixing over time. The report was complete the same day and was very extensive (35+ pages) with pictures attached to further describe the points of concern. Well..WELL worth the money; I would HIGHLY recommend him!

Tim is a gentleman who is very thorough and professional. Also very considerate of the seller's home and property. To name a few examples - Tim took his shoes off after coming in from the rain, picked up insulation that fell down after checking the attic space, straightened the curtains and blinds after checking the windows. Did a double check that lights were out and doors locked. I would highly recommend him!

The only things I didn't see were the crack in the master sink and the rust on the basement HVAC/air handler main ventilation cover. I'm assuming that your suggestion of having the whole system checked (a specifically the coils/freon) includes this area of concern?
