Brad produced a thorough report which gave us confidence in buying a new home. The specific observations really helped in developing a priority list of minor maintenance items to address after closing. The photo documentation of areas of concern was very useful.
The only small criticism was that photos of the furnace and AC unit did not include full model numbers, which would be helpful for clients in researching the quality and potential longevity of this equipment, but the partial numbers that were photographed were sufficient to allow me to figure out the specific models.
