Byron is very responsible and detailed. He has good eyes and knowleagement to catch problems from small to significant. Although the report might break my deal, I still want a good inspector for my clients to protect them from purchasing their homes.
However, I do have complains for the company, the last couple years, I did referred 16 clients to your company, I have never receive any Thank You letter or Christimas Card from you. That's very different from every other companies.
