Several months ago, we chose Certified Property Inspections to inspect a potential future home. Megan’s thorough and detailed approach discovered numerous health and safety/structural issues that ultimately led us to pass on the home. We were initially really excited about the home and disappointed to learn this was not the house for us, however we were grateful for her scrupulous attention to detail which surely saved us many headaches.
Recently we selected Megan to evaluate a second potential home and once again she was outstanding! Megan and her team arrived on time and systematically inspected and tested every aspect and function of the home. Both Megan and her team took the time to discuss their findings on the spot and made us feel informed and comfortable. We received a detailed report the same day and Megan was available to discuss additional questions and concerns.

Megan Keith inspected a condo for me. The condo was in bad shape but after her inspection I realized it was in worse shape than I could see. Thanks to Megan going in the attic to find the source of a water leak. I quickly made the decision to move on and find another property.
