TMK did an amazing job. Cainen was very nice and professional and obviously knowledgeable. He gave us a bunch of good tips on caring for the home and the final report we got was complete with photos, videos, notes, and suggestions. The inspection itself was very thorough and Cainen meticulously made his way through the home starting with the outside perimeter. The process could not have been easier - and at the end we basically get a custom guide for how to care for the home.

This home inspection was a very tough one since there was 'stuff' everywhere in the home from floor to ceiling. Cainen had to move things to be able to get to the mechanicals as well as put up with a strong odor in the home. Cainen was professional throughout the inspection despite these obstacles. Cainen was very professional and approachable from the start. He was there before me and got started right away. When he saw me walk up he stopped what he was doing, introduced himself and immediately spoke with me, all while he was up on the roof.
