Definitely would recommend Mr. Terry to perform inspections. Requested that Builder arrange for an "after action" inspection by Terry, once issues are corrected.
Terry was thorough, answered/addressed my questions/concerns. Spent an inordinate amount of time (house had set 4 yrs.);checked appliances. etc.Coordinated his report of findings to realtor, etc. upon departure; his comprehensive report was available less than 24 hrs.
