Robert was great at walking me through everything he was looking at and why, when he found something to report he explained why it was wrong and how they needed to fix it. After the inspection was complete and the report sent to the builders he promptly answered emailed questions I had while I was working with the builders to ensure a proper fix to all problems.

We hired Cardinal Home Inspections and specifically Robert Jones at the recommendation of our real estate agent. He found things that needed to be addressed that the other home inspection company missed, and that helped us tremendously. We liked him and the work he did for us so much for the house we were selling that we hired him again for each of the three inspections during the building of our new home and twice since we've moved in as issues with our builder came up. Some inspectors don't write up very detailed reports. Some inspectors won't climb up on the roof to round off a detailed inspection. Robert Jones does. It fall into this category. Robert does it all! Robert notices that your garage door isn't calibrated and takes a few moments to fix it for you. Don't let your home be inspected by some inspector, let Robert Jones do it right!
