Dino's work was phenomenal! You can tell that he really loves what he does since he's so passionate and has such a positive attitude. He was able to pinpoint all the minor areas that I had missed and all of the critical areas that would need to be replaced and reported as soon as possible. Thanks to Dino, his finds will help me save money down the line. His walk through was very precise and he was so focused and made sure that I understood everything that he's explaining detail to detail. He was even kind of enough to schedule me a day in advance so that's how you know he's flexible with his scheduling. I would HIGHLY recommend Dino to anyone who needs a home inspection. Dino delivered more than I expected from my home inspection. I am buying a brand new construction home and didn’t expect to much from the inspection. Dino walked me through all that he did and taught me about what I should know about my home and confirmed that I was getting a first rate house. However he did find one defect that I an sure that no one else would have caught and I’m very glad he did catch it. Clearly an inspector who is very detailed, professional and a great communicator. Better than any inspector I’ve had either in my home or inspecting my future purchase.

He will discuss findings and talk about options. 24 hours later a nice web interface appears to help you sort through the outcome. The web interface has a negotiation portfolio assistant: meaning it compiles the issues you want to pursue with your realtor. Now you're off to the races!
