Ken called prior to the inspection to see if I had any questions which was great since I live out of state and had only seen the house through pictures and visits by my family living nearby. He was very thorough in his inspection and noticed a couple of things I didn't know would be part of the regular inspection. He also sent pictures to me of areas of concern to give me a better idea of what he saw. I think his background in housing construction and building practices make him well qualified to do a proper inspection.

I like how Ken was very willing to answer our questions, and if we had any questions on where to find inexpensive places to replace certain items, he referenced us to a couple places that we could start at but suggested to get estimates at other places as well.
