Mr Rush was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Explained items Inspected, how to care for and maintain equipment in the home, also pointed out some repair tips for items in report that had some deficiencies. If I were to recommend a home inspector, Mr Rush would be a great recommendation for anyone purchasing a home, or even having one inspected for their own reasons. Also, the inspection report is secure for viewing, downloadable, printable, and documented with great detail to include pictures of inspection with graphical display of items in comments (Circles / Arrows depicting the comment reference)

At first I was very skeptical about a home inspection, especially with the additional cost. However,Ed's rates blew the competition away and worth every cent!!! My husband and I were very pleased with our home inspection. Ed advised the inspection would take approximately 2 hours; however, Ed was there for 4 hours. He took his time going over every inch of the house from the roof to the floor. After the inspection was over, Ed walked me through and around the house to explain his finding and advise what it would take to fix and/or replace. Further, I received my home inspection report within 12 hours of my initial inspection. This report was clear, easy to read and follow. The report also contained detailed pictures explaining each of the items discussed in the report along with Ed's recommendation. I would HIGHLY recommend Ed to all future home buyers. I feel more confident and know more about the home I am about to purchase.
