Hector Fernandez did a great job inspecting the condo. He was thorough and methodical in his work. He spent a lot of time examining everything and made tested all the appliances, fixtures and even the doorbell. He is the most professional property inspector I have ever met. And he’s a nice person who takes the time to make sure the buyer understands the inspection. Hector understands that the buyer is making a very large financial transaction and depending on the inspector’s expertise. The report was delivered in just a few hours. The report was thorough and well documented with photographs and relevant text.
