We love the camera finding voids in insulation, moisture and problems behind walls something other inspectors pass on and recommend other inspections. Over time, we have had five homes inspected. Chris is the best inspector we used, by far. He not only covered all systems in and out of the home, but made maintenance and other recommendations which certainly will prolong the life of the home components. Chris is one of the most thorough inspectors I have ever met. He is the only one I know that scans the house with an inferred camera. I think this is a very valuable tool to find small leaks, and missing insulation in areas that you donā??t have access to visually inspect. It will even spot an electrical wire that is getting hot inside a wall. I have had several of my clients use him and they were all well pleased and I have used Chris on two homes for myself.
