Mark did outstanding job of inspecting; when he finished, he pointed out items to my husband and myself and his rationale for why they need correcting. His report arrived quickly - that same night. This was a new construction house inspection done before drywall. Mark found several safety issues, which the builder will now be correcting. So glad we spent the money to hire Mark at this mid-point stage of house building! We will have him inspect again before we purchase the house and again at 11months (before builder warranty expires). So glad our Realtor connected us to Mark. I am also impressed by his education and safety background.
