In the process of finding a home for keeps, we've already had multiple inspections by different companies and individual inspectors. Janni Juhasz has inspired the most confidence, so far. She arrived on time to our appointment in a company vehicle wearing a tool belt full of items she actually used, and she took notes. Her price is fair, her schedule flexible, and she is thorough and bluntly honest. She was not afraid to crawl around, push, pull, lift, and investigate further. Janni was knowledgeable, and found things I wouldn't have thought to look for myself.
