Over 33 years experience in the Commercial and Residential Construction market, much of this in the Concrete Masonry Industry,  Commercial and Residential Waterproofing, Indoor Air Quality, and Air and Moisture Intrusion/Management, as well as Project Management of Large Residential Single/Multi Family Housing.  Our knowledge of homes/buildings from foundation to chimney cap is more than just the ability to list what is right and wrong with a structure-WE WILL spend time with our clients to make sure they understand the areas of thier inspection reports that need addressed and explain any and all issues we feel may are critical.
