Jonathan is very friendly and easy to talk to. He provided a very thorough inspection and found a few issues with the home that I would have never had noticed prior to the inspection. The report he provided was very detailed with images of problematic areas along with details on what we should replace or keep an eye on. In the end I was able to negotiate a lower price on the house. The inspection paid for itself. Jonathan did a great job and I will definitely use him again for any future inspections.
