We care about doing a good job. Referrals are the lifeblood of the home inspection industry, we want you to feel good about recommending us to your friends and family.

We are not from the old school of home inspecting, where one typically finds former contractors who are more interested in telling customers "how they would have done it" rather than performing an objective inspection.

A client walk-through is part of all our inspections. We don't believe in simply handing our clients a report and leaving. Each customer receives personal attention.

Tiered pricing. You won't be charged "large home" prices for your bungalow.

Additional services are priced out individually. We don't jack up the price by including tests that you may not want or need.

Services

Pre-purchase Inspections for Buyers.
There is perhaps no better way to give yourself peace of mind when purchasing a new home. Although sellers now must give a much more detailed disclosure of a home's problems, few, if any sellers are qualified to look for potential problems with their own home. We inspect the property from attic to basement, and furnish you with a detailed, computerized report that includes color pictures of problem areas.

Pre-Sale Inspections for Sellers.
This is the least well known service that we offer. Sellers can avoid the situation where an unexpected problem can make potential buyers run for the hills! A Pre-Sale Inspection also gives the seller time to get estimates from several contractors/professionals to get the best price for repairs. Often, the time pressure of an impending sale forces the homeowner to settle for the contractor that can get the job done the quickest, regardless of their price or quality. Reports can be made "public" so that any potential buyer may log in and view the reoprt.

We can also offer sellers a valuable and objective "second opinion" in case of an unfavorable report from the buyers home inspector.

"Ride Along" For a low daily rate, we accompany you while you look at homes in your area. We conduct a limited inspection of each property and give you our expert observations on basic structural items and systems. Should you decide that you would like to purchase one of the homes that we looked at together, we offer a discount on our full home inspection with computerized written report.
