Mike performed the inspection on my perspective new home, and knowing I was out of state and not able to be there in person, provided excellent photos and written descriptions of the home from top to bottom, allowing me access to very practical details that took a lot of the guesswork out of my trying to buy a home without ever having seen it in person.
