Very thorough. I know that when I have Mark inspect a property I will have a full assessment of the property condition. Sometimes it results in a cancellation of contract, but I would much rather cancel a contract than have a money pit on my hands. The gadgets used always impress me...the thermal camera, the neon lights for the microwave, digital cameras with zoom capabilities....it makes the inspection quicker and more effective. There's nothing like completing an inspection and report before locking up the house! Mark is my inspector and will be for every home I consider to buy.
