Mike was a beast! He was extremely open, knowledgable and explained everything very throughly. We had to move the inspection up one hour which Mike was extremely flexible with us. He takes the time to get to know you and make sure you understand all the information in a short amount of time. His follow up on the inspection was very quick as well. Highly recommend Mike!!

I have extensive construction experience and this isn't my first house purchase but I didn't let Mike know that when he started. I played dumb to see if he would try to BS me. He didn't! Mike was thorough and professional. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and what he found. Toward the end, I let him know my experience level and he spent the time to provide even deeper explanations. He's even a nice guy to boot!! Highly recommended.
