Andy was amazingly thorough. We were not able to be on site ourselves, so our Agent was on site. But Andy did a follow-up call and he took 45 minutes to go through everything he inspected thoroughly as we looked through the report and his pictures . He talked me through what it all meant - added some suggestions of what to take care of sooner and what to keep an eye out for later.

First of all Robert Was Very Professional and friendly. this was my first time doing this and he was very helpful. Arrived on time even though got a message would be 5 min late. pointed out all the defects with the home and gave me tips on future maintenance. i felt bad that the owner was there following him around getting in his way alot but he was very firm with him asking him to let him do his job. got the report soon after the visit. very detailed report with recommendations on what needs to be done. no stress what so ever in the inspection.
