We were very impressed with the thorough inspection Pat provided. He carefully listened to our concerns and took the time to answer and was always respectful. Despite the extra time it took to speak with us, he never showed annoyance yet continued to explain things to help us understand his process. Pat was great to work with throughout the inspection process. We are first time homebuyers and were very daunted by the process, but Pat put our minds at ease. Pat recently did a pre inspection on our home right before it was listed. He was very fast and efficient but also took the time to make many helpful suggestions even in addition to the items that were reported on the inspection. He is extremely competent and professional.

Hi Pat! Please use the following as an endorsement. I'm also happy to be contacted by folks who might have questions for a client.
When getting ready to buy a house, I was told by my friends that the home inspection is a 10-minute waste of money. That's not how Pat does it, and it is greatly to his clients' benefit. I don't know how he makes any money, honestly. He spent over THREE HOURS scouring the house, and it wasn't because he is slow. Pat is always moving at what appears to be a half-run. While doing this, he also let me trail him around and answered all my questions (and there were many).
When I got the home inspection report, the last piece of the puzzle fell in place. Sometimes I wasn't sure what he was looking at or why he was looking at all. But it again turned out to be that his deep knowledge of home construction was causing him to investigate things I never would have.
I asked questions about electrical (a lot, actually), exterior walls, roof, plumbing, natural gas, flooring, deck, and more. I was not able to create even ONE question Pat couldn't answer. If there is such a thing as a House Ninja, Pat is it. I don't often do this, but I give an unqualified endorsement of Pat and my PERSONAL GUARANTEE that if you hire him you will get your money's-worth, and more. I can't remember the last time I got so much for so little.

Pat recently did a home inspection for my husband and I. He was very through and professional. The inspection took close to three hours. He looked at everything interior and exterior, roof to under the house. He checked electrical outlets and plumbing throughout the house. He took pictures of everything as he was doing the inspection. We had his report the following morning. Everything was explained well with different category's and lots of pictures backing up his explanations. A great experience! I would request Rausch Property Inspections, LLC if I need another home inspection in the future!
