Maurice was so accommodating to our concerns and extremely knowledgeable when he inspected our new manufacturer home. Maurice is professional in every aspect of home inspection. He was on time, did a through inspection of the property even in the heavy rain and Covid 19 conditions. Price was reasonable and timely return on the report after completed inspection. He had no problem with buyers and seller being present during the inspection.
