Finally getting around to submitting this review. With all the recent developments thanks to Coronavirus, learning to be an educator in a week (to do home schooling) was challenging ! It was a pleasure to meet Randy and get our house inspected. if you are looking for someone who is patient, doesn't look at the watch to see how much time is being spent (to get to the next appointment perhaps), or gives answers just to please you, Randy is your man. Our inspection was conducted in feb/march, with tons of snow on the ground, even though Randy did what he could to give us a good inspection of the house inside and out. There were things out of his control, like the roof which was snow covered, could not be looked at, but he asked us to contact him in spring/summer to get that inspected. That is being professional, and we really appreciated it. Randy was on time and gave us all the information we needed about the house, he even gave us references for things that we didn't have good contacts for. We will highly recommend Randy for your inspection work.

Great job Randy. We are so happy you pointed so many things out to us. You were patient with our questions. Randy, You have been quite the help! Although the 4 requests we put in of the 14 you brought to my attention for repair/replacement were rejected due to the seller's reply (they considered thee 4 items all to be normal ware and tear and they would not be honoring my request) it was still a great relief to have your professional assessment of the Condo before preceding with the move in just so we knew what to expect to fix immediately, and which could be put off at a further date. Your professionalism is top notch, your expertise is invaluable, and you really did a thorough job. The 360 degree camera shots of the inside of the condo, as well as the added videos of certain repairs needed is a great tool for me to understand pictorially. The added bonus was your personality being so easy to work with, your timeliness, and your positive attitude that all will work out in the end. I will certainly be a glowing reference for you as you have done me a great service and given me just what I wanted... the facts set clearly before me and some peace of mind, which is what every first time home buyer needs when people in my situation are learning so much so quickly about the home buying process overall.
