Thank you so much! Buying an RV from out of state is a nerve-racking ordeal. The idea of flying to a different state to see an RV you have never seen and hoping things are good is weird. However, Josh did a very in-depth inspection and found things I would have missed. He called me with his recommendations and took tons of pictures. His expertise allowed two things. First, it allowed the dealership time to address all of the findings before I step foot on a plane, plus I know what to look for when I get there. Second, it gives me peace of mind that I am getting a quality coach with no major issues like some of the horror stories you read on the internet.

Like many consumers, I’m hesitant to enter into an agreement with little knowledge but The way Josh presented himself and his knowledge eased my typically overly cautious self. Josh is professional and timely. There was some confusion on the part of the dealership which caused a change in inspection dates 2 or 3 times. Josh was very accommodating to these changes and always kept me informed and updated as to what was going on. I provided him a few items of concerns with the generator and LP gas line to check out which he did and sent pictures to reassure me my concerns were addressed and noted. The inspection report was very detailed and well organized so I was able to list the finding items to the dealer to be fixed. He even noted information that will be useful to me such as model and serial numbers of items that may need replaced in the future. I really appreciate all the work Josh did and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent inspector. Thank you Josh!

We are so happy that we hired Josh to inspect a used diesel pusher that we found to purchase. After, Josh did his thorough inspection he found some issues that the dealer was not willing to fix. If we didn’t have Josh inspect the unit we would of not known of the major issue with the slide. It could of ended up costing us thousands of dollars down the road. We are so happy that we had him inspect the unit and it was well worth the money. We will definitely have the next unit we find inspected before we purchase it. It is well worth the peace of mind. This is my first experience with Joshua and I absolutely hope it will not be the last!! Joshua was such a life saver. After I experienced some electrical issues that left me stranded far from where we were supposed to conduct the inspection, Joshua was able to come to where I was to keep the inspection on track.
