Overall really good job reporting the issues and sending follow up information as it becomes available. The recommendations for the work were well advised. I called in professionals to further assess what the inspector found and were able to give me solid estimates for the work so I could figure that into my overall projected move in budget.
I believe the photos worked, but could be better. For areas of highlighted concern or interest maybe a few photos from different angles as well as a distance shot for the homeowner/ buyer to visual place the issue within the context of the homes footprint. Even a flash canopy could help to soften the flash allowing for more detail to to be captured by the camera. They make them for phones and tablets now.
