Shawn was great, he was on time and very helpful. He showed me a few spots that he flagged in the inspection and explained them in detail. He helped us locate a good spot to cut in a dog door by using the wallabot and the thermal imaging. He was extremely detail orientated and friendly. My only complaint was that I was quoted $375 and the bill was for $400. He gave me the quote over the phone while he was driving so he might have been distracted or misheard the square footage of the house. I have already given his number to 2 of my friends that plan on using Shawn and we plan on recommending him to the people who end up buying our old house.
