I write to compliment Mr. Ronald Kerbe who created an amazingly complete home inspection for our new home. An electrician by training, Mr. Kerbe was very approachable and knowledgeable. He pointed out, photographed an exhaustive list of mechanical details I would never have seen, and rated their importance in writing. He?s also very pleasant and likable and he clearly loves what he does.
The written report is clear and organized and creates an action plan of both issues to negotiate with the sellers and a maintenance bible for how to care for the new home. I think every new home should have one.
