When my finance and I were told we needed our inspection quickly, I was worried that we would not be able to get an inspector out quickly because Christmas is right around the corner. I received Tom's information from my sister in law. I gave him a call on Friday and we as able to come out on Tuesday. Tom was very communicative, friendly, honest and thorough with our inspection. He went over everything and answered all the questions we had. The turn around time for the inspection was a lot quicker than I thought it would be, the pictures and details of everything he found was excellent. I would highly recommend TMK to anyone needing an inspection done on their house.

I was pretty impressed with expediency of obtaining TMK services for a last minute inspection for the following day. Tom was punctual, professional, thorough and was nice enough to explain issues that he was seeing/documenting so I understood the possible hazards.

Being a first time home buyer there’s a lot I didn’t know about a house. Tom walked me through every part of the house and not only inspected it but he showed me the ins and outs of it, what to do when it’s cold out, he knows his stuff and was so very helpful!!
