My (prospective) home inspection was scheduled with Sabedo and to my surprise, there were 2 additional team members, Danny and Jay. All three were extremely punctual, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. They constantly checked in with me to ask if I had any questions. They each took the time to explain every detail to me and even taught me how to use certain systems and provided recommendations for maintenance. The team that came onsite to conduct the inspection was professional, thorough and pleasant. They explained things thoroughly and walked us through outside and inside of the house to ensure we had a visual of what would be on the report. They also gave us tips on what to lookout for in the near future and things we should probably get fixed right away. As a First time home buyer, Sabedo and Andrea did a superb job for my home inspection.
