Todd did a fantastic job with my inspection report. When I looked at that house, I saw some things that needed attention. However, Todd found many more things that needed fixing or where there was damage that I had overlooked. For instance, Todd noted not only the water damage in the screened porch, but where it was coming from. I swear I did not see anything, but he did. Then, when I looked at the pictures, I could see it too! Because of his report, I was able to get $10,000 off our agreed price of the home to fix the damage. This is why you get Todd to inspect your home. I have had homes inspected before and the inspectors missed a lot. That was before Todd was referred to my by my realtor. Now I know what a good inspector is like.

Todd provided an exceptionally detailed pre-sale inspection for us. He was kind enough to let us accompany him thru most of the inspection so we could personally observe issues and discuss potential solutions. He also recommended reputable contractors to offer further expert assessment and to remedy anything outstanding. Of particular note, I never perceived Todd as being rushed. He took extra time going over the findings and he ensured all our questions were answered. He then provided a very detailed, written report with ample photographs to allow easy tracking of necessary repairs. His fees are very reasonable (emphasis added) and the document control through HomeGauge worked flawlessly - specifically, viewing, downloading/printing PDF, and billing are all done seamlessly. Fantastic service! I can honestly say it's the most detailed home inspection you can buy. It is a little daunting to see this large of a report, and everything that a home needs addressing is marked up almost OCD-level. But, if you buy the house inspected, it gives you a relative bible of what you can fix over time, and you can just go through checking things off. Would recommend Todd, for any inspections.
