Very thorough and friendly. Took time to explain what he was doing and even invited us to look at what he was finding. When we had a concern he took time to check it out for us and explain if needed. Well organized and knows what he's doing. Was unable to check roof due to snow at the time but ensured us if we needed him to look at it later once snow cleared he would do so, at no charge.
