Buying a house is scary.
It’s likely to be one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make.
Beyond the cost, there’s everything else that a house represents; family, stability, success, security and a hundred other things that are different for each one of us.
I get it, and if you hire me to inspect your home, I’m not only going to look for things that are wrong but I’ll take all the time you need to answer questions at the time of the inspection and afterwards when you’ve had a chance to look at your report.
I’ll be working for you, and everything you hear from me will be completely objective because I want you to have all the information you need to give you peace of mind when you make the final decision on whether to move forward, negotiate for repairs or walk away.
If you have any questions about me or how I’ll do your inspection, or if you would like to schedule an inspection, please give me a call or send me an email.
If I’m not immediately available I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
